Ludlow is in the south of the Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the air is fresh and clear. Here are a few pictures to help give you a flavour the of the local scenery. We have maps and books in the B&B to help you find walks to suit your ambitions and abilities. From the famous "breadwalk", a circular mile long stroll from the B&B, circling the river and ending in spectacular views of the castle, to strenuous and challenging ascents of the Long Mynd.
You may see salmon leaping the weirs if you're lucky, or otters by the cafe on the river.
